These terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions and Return Policy. They do not exclude or restrict rights provided by applicable consumer law. A product being labelled as a preorder does not, by itself, make it non-returnable.

HOW YOUR PREORDER WORKS.
01 / PREORDER AVAILABILITY

A preorder allows you to order an item before its release or before new stock becomes available. Eligible products are identified as preorders, with the relevant availability and timing information shown before purchase.
Please review the product, size, flavour, quantity and expected timing carefully. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.
These terms apply to preorders made through fitnessmaniacs.com.cy. K2 Fitness Maniacs is the trading name of K2 FITNESS MANIACS. Full seller details are provided in our general Terms and Conditions.
02 / PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
KNOW WHAT IS DUE. AND WHEN.
A preorder may require full payment or a deposit, depending on the arrangement offered for that item. The amount payable when ordering, any remaining balance and its payment deadline will be explained before you confirm.
Any deposit forms part of the total purchase price; it is not an additional charge. Available payment methods are those offered for your preorder.
If a payment fails or a balance remains unpaid, we will contact you about the next steps. Cancellation and refund arrangements remain subject to these terms and your statutory rights.
Keep your confirmation as a record of the products, price, payments and delivery arrangements.
03 / PRICES & PRODUCT DETAILS
YOUR AGREED PRICE MATTERS.
Prices are shown in euros. The total, including applicable taxes, delivery and any additional charges, is disclosed before you place the preorder.
We honour the agreed preorder price if our advertised price later increases. Later reductions do not automatically change an existing preorder price unless a price-protection offer expressly applies.
If we identify a material listing error or a significant product change, we will contact you to explain the options. We will not impose a revised price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
04 / ESTIMATES & DELIVERY DATES
EXPECTED TIMING. HONEST UPDATES.
Release dates, expected stock arrivals and estimated dispatch dates describe different stages. An estimated dispatch date is not the same as the date your parcel will arrive.
A preorder may involve a longer delivery period than an in-stock purchase. Any different delivery period must be expressly agreed before purchase. Otherwise, the statutory default of delivery within 30 days of concluding the contract applies.
If timing changes, we will notify you with the information available and explain your options. A revised supplier estimate does not automatically extend an agreed delivery deadline.
05 / DELAYS & UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
IF PLANS CHANGE, YOU HAVE OPTIONS.
Supplier allocations, production or restock plans can change. If we cannot supply your item, we will tell you and refund the amount paid for it, including any deposit and associated delivery charges no longer payable.
Waiting for another restock, choosing an alternative or accepting store credit is optional and requires your agreement.
If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, statutory remedies may include setting a reasonable additional deadline and cancelling if it is not met. No additional deadline is required in certain cases, including refusal to deliver or an agreed essential delivery date.
06 / SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
ONE ORDER. CLEAR DELIVERY DETAILS.
Check the delivery method, address and charges shown for your preorder. Contact us promptly if your address changes while you are waiting.
If an order includes both available and preorder items, check whether they will be sent together or separately. Ask us before ordering if this is unclear. Additional delivery charges require your agreement.
For delivery arranged by us, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until you or your nominated recipient physically receive the goods.
07 / CANCELLATIONS & YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
CHANGED YOUR PLANS? LET US KNOW.
Before dispatch
You may cancel your preorder before it is dispatched and receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item, including any deposit.
If you cancel the entire unshipped order, delivery charges paid for that order will also be refunded. For a partial cancellation, we refund any delivery charges that are no longer payable.
Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to cancel. Please make your request clear so we can act promptly.
After dispatch or delivery
Dispatch does not automatically end your cancellation or return rights. For eligible online goods, you generally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw.
The withdrawal period normally runs from receipt of the goods, not from the date you prepaid. Legal exceptions may apply, including rapidly perishable goods and certain sealed health or hygiene products once unsealed.
Our Return Policy explains the process and applicable return costs. Rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
08 / REFUND ARRANGEMENTS
MONEY BACK. NOT UNWANTED STORE CREDIT.
Refunds are issued without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without additional cost.
Store credit or wallet credit will not be imposed instead of a monetary refund you are legally entitled to receive.
For goods already delivered, the return and refund procedures in our Return Policy apply. Your payment provider may need additional processing time after a refund has been issued.
09 / DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
SOMETHING NOT RIGHT? WE ARE HERE.
Contact us promptly if your preorder arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was agreed. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us investigate.
We will explain the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
There is no artificial 24-hour or 48-hour reporting deadline in these terms that removes your statutory rights. Do not use a product if its condition or packaging gives you reason to question its safety.
10 / OFFERS & LOYALTY BENEFITS
CHECK WHAT APPLIES TO YOUR PREORDER.
Coupons, Club Points and wallet use depend on the eligibility conditions displayed for the offer and preorder. Do not assume that every promotion available for in-stock products also applies to preorders.
Any rules about earning or redeeming points, using a deposit or adjusting benefits following a cancellation must be disclosed through the relevant offer or programme terms. Your statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
11 / RESPONSIBILITY & APPLICABLE LAW
FAIR TERMS. PROTECTED RIGHTS.
We remain responsible for fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory remedies for non-delivery or non-conforming goods.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without removing any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of habitual residence or restricting your right to bring proceedings before a competent court.

We may update these terms for future preorders. Changes will be published here with an updated date and will not retrospectively alter an existing purchase or remove rights already acquired.
