Beta Alanine Xtra is a pre-workout preparation especially recommended for anyone practicing endurance and strength sports. Beta-alanine is a component of the carnosine dipeptide. Carnosine buffers a pH drop in the muscle cells which occurs upon the secretion of milk acid during any physical effort. Each portion contains 3 g of beta-alanine.

METHOD OF USE: Dissolve 3,5 g (1 flat scoop 5 ml) in 250 ml of water. Apply before training.
